Service Description

This class offers you one-on-one personalized guidance on how to workout to increase your athletic performance without creating injuries. You will learn proper body mechanics, spinal alignment, and safe progressions to get you into the best shape of your life. This class includes a home or gym exercise program designed for you and your specific goals. This can be combined with the "Quick Fix" or "Tune up" for half the price.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booked sessions at any time without any incurred fees. In addition, we have implemented the “Things Happen” Clause because we understand that last minute things do occur. If you have purchased a class card package and have a medical emergency or emergency familial matter that restricts your ability to use your pre-purchased class cards within a timely manner, please contact Dr. Amanda to pause your bookings. You will have an opportunity to restart your sessions from where you left off within a reasonable time frame of the original booking.
